Meet the Team
The people behind JSN's mission to restore dignity to the janitorial trade

Tom Sullivan
CEO, JSN
Built in the Field. Led by Tom.
Tom built JSN the same way every cleaner builds a business: with grit, a truck, and a promise to do the job right. Before JSN was a national network, it was a handful of contractors trying to get paid on time and get treated with respect. Tom took that fight personally.
Today, he leads JSN with one mission, restore dignity to the janitorial trade and give cleaners the tools, connections, and credibility they've earned in the field. Insurance, verification, opportunity, and now capital, all under one roof, all built for cleaners who work with their hands.
Tom's belief is simple: Cleaners deserve a seat at the table. JSN is how they get it.

Amanda Villarreal
CEO, Plex Capital
Fund the people who keep America running.
Amanda is the financial muscle behind JSN's promise: cleaners don't wait to get paid. As CEO of Plex Capital, she's turned invoice funding into a weapon that helps service contractors cover payroll, launch new accounts, and scale without cash-flow chokeholds.
Where banks say no, Amanda builds the yes. No credit requirements. No revenue minimums. No corporate hoops.
Her entire model is built around one belief: If the work is real, the cleaner should get paid.
That's why Plex and JSN locked arms, to give every certified cleaner up to $100,000/month in factorable invoice power from day one.

Ryan Heimberger
COO, ProRFP
Cleaners deserve to win, and win profitably.
Ryan is the operator behind ProRFP, the engine that helps contractors bid smarter, win cleaner, and stop getting buried by messy RFP processes.
He's spent his career inside facility services, building the tools contractors actually need: real cost models, real scopes, and real tech that understands what it takes to win work in the field, not in some conference room.
As COO, Ryan makes sure ProRFP stays aligned with the JSN mission: no more guesswork, no more lowball traps, no more cleaners getting played. Just strategic, confident bidding backed by tech built for the people doing the work.

Neil Lathangue
VP, JSN
Straight talk, high standards, real results.
Neil is JSN's boots-on-the-ground strategist, the guy who turns big vision into real opportunity for cleaners across the country. He's spent decades helping service companies tighten operations, earn trust, and grow without burning out.
Inside JSN, Neil builds pathways: certification, tools, partnerships, and the systems that let everyday cleaners turn their skill into stable, scalable business. He's the bridge between the field and the future.
Neil's style is simple: straight talk, high standards, real results. If it makes cleaners stronger, he's pushing it forward. If it doesn't, it doesn't make the cut.

Dan Quinn
Industry Partner, Sigma Supply / BradyPLUS
Take care of your customers, and everything else takes care of itself.
Dan is the definition of field-ready. A Texas A&M Corps of Cadets leader, Air Force veteran, sales pro, trainer, consultant, and decades-deep industry operator, he's moved product, built teams, coached businesses, and supported contractors across every corner of the supply chain.
He's spent over 30 years helping companies get the right tools, the right materials, and the right systems to keep operations moving. From chemical programs to national supply distribution to sales leadership, Dan's been in the trenches long enough to know what works and what doesn't.
With Sigma Supply (now proudly part of BradyPLUS), Dan brings a powerhouse network of solutions, support, and field experience to JSN cleaners nationwide. He's proof that real leadership doesn't sit behind a desk, it shows up, listens, and helps people win.

Alli Lin
Community Manager, JSN
Make every member feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
Alli is the heartbeat and glue of the JSN community, the person who keeps conversations moving, members supported, and the brand's voice sharp, creative, and cleaner-first.
She brings a rare hybrid skillset: 20+ years of design, SaaS onboarding, customer experience, system building, and data-driven ops. She can build a website, design a campaign, fix a workflow, and manage a community without breaking stride.
Alli's superpower? Turning chaos into clean, scalable systems, and doing it with the creative punch of an illustrator and the precision of an operations pro.
In JSN, her mission is simple: make every member feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. A movement. A network. A family of cleaners building each other up.

Ed Selkow
Founder, Janitorial Subcontracting Network (JSN)
Built in the Field. Built by Ed.
Before JSN was a movement… before certification… before the tools, the tech, or the funding… there was Ed Selkow, a cleaner, a mentor, and a relentless advocate for the people who keep buildings alive.
Ed started in the trenches in the 1980s and never left the field behind. For over four decades, he's mentored contractors, built networks, trained owners, written playbooks, and helped thousands of cleaning companies survive, stabilize, and scale. When the industry had no roadmap, Ed drew one. When subcontractors had no voice, he gave them one.
Through the Service Contractors Information Group, BSC Connect, Janitorial Growth Solutions, and what eventually became the Janitorial Subcontracting Network, Ed did what no one else was willing to do, he built community in an industry full of isolation. He connected cleaners to opportunity. He taught operators how to win. He showed newcomers how to stand tall in a trade that rarely gets the respect it deserves.
Ed is an engineer by education, a strategist by instinct, and a teacher at heart. He's spent his life elevating the people who do the hardest work with the least recognition. And every modern piece of JSN, certification, standards, connections, and credibility, traces back to the groundwork he laid.
His legacy is simple and powerful: Cleaners deserve more, more respect, more knowledge, more opportunity, and more power.
JSN exists because Ed believed that. And the entire network still stands on the foundation he poured by hand.
